Last year I taught a weekly post work midweek yoga class in Trinity Bellwoods Park. It was so much fun, and loved the community that built around it. I led the yoga classes under the trees, and afterwards we would sometimes have a post yoga popup (snacks and drinks, or offers from other members of the community to encourage more outside hangs).

Flow with me under the trees on the grass. Classes will be 60 minutes, including accessible yet challenging postures to stretch and strengthen your body, followed by deeper guided meditation and savasana.
